At Handa Bangles, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your products with love and precision. However, in the rare case you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policies:
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a photo/video proof of the issue.

Once verified, our support team will arrange for a return pickup or advise on the next steps.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet).
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may issue store credit or initiate a refund via bank transfer after necessary verification.
